Firstly, please take note of where you post - the Read First... forum is for Mods only. Secondly, you have provided completely insufficient information for anyone to make even a wild-guess attempt at answering your question. Please read THIS link, and also THIS one, then post again, thank you.
Moving this to a more appropriate forum... _________________ It's puzzling, I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like this before...and it's hard to soar like an eagle when you're surrounded by turkeys. |

Why? What symptoms do you see? What error conditions did the application encounter?
Please be as specific as possible. _________________ I like deadlines. I like to wave as they pass by.

I agree with exerk and bruce.
Is that Value Added Service (VAS) application Or something else ! How does it interact with IBM Websphere MQ ( Earlier known as MQSeries ) Qmgr .
Do you see any error in the Qmgr Error Logs ?
Application said something about MQRC ?
How do you know that Queue is Clustered Queue ?
Is that application Authorized to Connect to the Qmgr ?
What Version of MQ you are using ?
There are lots of such questions that can be asked because of insufficient information !
