Plus, his "copying policy" specifically forbids making static copies of the text, either print or online, without his permission.
I'm sure there's a mirror somewhere (mirroring *is* allowed).

brilliant  I've learnt lots of new ways to reply to people asking dumb questions from the section at the end of the document
