Not able to start Queue manager

Apply fixpack 7.0.1.2 and try again (or at least that's what I would do in a test environment). |

I think that is the MQ extended transactional client. No idea why it would be a pre-requisite for maintenance.
You could install it first (from the original v7 install media). |
