Why am I not surprised. My URL to the supportpac pages wasn't working, but then it contains hard-coded machine names that IBM frequently shift around. But even after going through the "official" way I end up with a blank page:

It seems to be a transient issue? It works fine from the U.S. |

Not only is it back, but faster than usual! Did someone move their chair off the cable Jeff? _________________ It's puzzling, I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like this before...and it's hard to soar like an eagle when you're surrounded by turkeys. |

Hmm, strange - seems to be firefox-intolerant. When I use rubbishy IE 7 it worked. Still no joy with my firefox browser though. Thanks for looking mqjeff and exerk |

I'm using Chrome...wait one and I'll try FF too.
Came up OK on the second attempt - try wiggling the aerial _________________ It's puzzling, I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like this before...and it's hard to soar like an eagle when you're surrounded by turkeys. |

Yah, I only use FF. So when I checked, it was with FF.
Sounds like a local issue or a transient one. |

Both FF and IE worked for me... _________________ I like deadlines. I like to wave as they pass by.
