Why am I not surprised. My URL to the supportpac pages wasn't working, but then it contains hard-coded machine names that IBM frequently shift around. But even after going through the "official" way I end up with a blank page:

http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=977&uid=swg27007205

Usual level of reliability of IBM web information

It seems to be a transient issue? It works fine from the U.S.

Hmm, strange - seems to be firefox-intolerant. When I use rubbishy IE 7 it worked. Still no joy with my firefox browser though. Thanks for looking mqjeff and exerk

I'm using Chrome...wait one and I'll try FF too.

Came up OK on the second attempt - try wiggling the aerial

Yah, I only use FF. So when I checked, it was with FF.

Sounds like a local issue or a transient one.

Both FF and IE worked for me...
