QM A,B,C,D are on different machines.
1.QM A sends and receives message from B,C and D.
2.There's no conversation between B,C and D. B,C and D ONLY send and receive message from QM A.

In this situation,what's best way to create queues and channels on these QM??

Sorry, What I want to say is What Kind of Channels is the best choice.

With Script or by UI ,it doesn't matter.

That choice is dicated by the message flow. I'd be slightly surprised (but not astonished) if you weren't using ordinary sender/receiver channels. Or a very small cluster. But hub & spoke seems to be the arcitecture you're describing.

I still don't think I've really grasped your question, because that answer is fairly obvious. There's a complexity here I'm missing.

Or, there shlould be a desing for QM already or ask for integration architect for a copy.
