Does anyone have any recent experience of communicating between eGate and WMQ?
The following post points to an adapter on eGate that allows communication with WMQ, although it isn't clear if it can communicate with a remote queue manager.

It's not recent experience, but the only communication I'm aware of is via the MQ eWay which clients onto a queue manager (i.e. a possibly remote one) and can do get/puts. If memory serves (and I've repressed a lot of my e*Gate expereince) there's no equivalent data store on that side for an MQ adapter to hook into. You could (with the right MQ adapter) connect to an HTTP or TCP/IP eWay perhaps. Or perhaps not. Just keep it away from me.
I'm 2, maybe 3 years out of date on the practical side and this doesn't disapoint me. I keep up to date on a theoretical basis just in case but Monk is the only language I hate more than Java! _________________ Honesty is the best policy.
