I am having problem to restart qmgr which serve as broker QMGR. When I stop and start the broker, config qmgr and qmgr, and thens start, I can not start qmgr which affest to start broker and configmgr.
It gives the following error:
Quote: |
Process 5524 is still running.
AMQ7018: The queue manager operation cannot be completed.
|
I understand what it means, but there are no any processes associated to qmgr are running. The listener is stopped and there ar not any other processes connected to it.
Questions:
how can I find process number in windows and kill it? ( equv ps -ef: grep pid in unix)
Is there any direct command to kill a process in windows?
The task manager does not display details ( pid), is there any other way to find the process and their id ( eg5524)
thanks |

I gather you mean the queue manager problem, as your double-post is still there.
I think as long as no one posts to it, you can delete it yourself. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |

when you go to task list there is an option for viewing process id's. Click on the view tab and select the columns option. I think you can take it from there. Hope this helps |
