can you see any SYSTEM objects? If not, click the little button at the top of the MQExplorer screen that displays/suppresses SYSTEM objects. _________________ I like deadlines. I like to wave as they pass by.

I was able to connect to server using MQ client until yesterday but today,
I am getting the following error:
AMQ4043:Queue manager not available for connection.
The QueueManager and the listener are running. I searched the site but didnt find solution yet.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks

And when you looked up the meaning of AMQ4043, what did it say? Did you do what it suggested? What happened next? _________________ I like deadlines. I like to wave as they pass by.

Where are you seeing the error? Using MQExplorer? Or somewhere else?
Did you look at the error logs on both client and server? Any errors?
Did you tcpip ping from the client platform to the server? Was it successful?
Did you try to use one of the utilities (like amqsputc) to try to connect from client to server? Was it successful? _________________ I like deadlines. I like to wave as they pass by.
