Several commercial message editors will run on linux.
You should write to the maintainer/author of RHFUTIL and ask him to please port it to be an Eclipse application, thus it can run inside any MQExplorer install, regardless of platform... |

Alternately, you can use RfhUtilC on your Windows client to connect to queues on your Linux host.
