I am using MB Toolkit on Linux and I wanted to know if there is a good tool on Linux that is GUI kind on Linux

Several commercial message editors will run on linux.

You should write to the maintainer/author of RHFUTIL and ask him to please port it to be an Eclipse application, thus it can run inside any MQExplorer install, regardless of platform...

Alternately, you can use RfhUtilC on your Windows client to connect to queues on your Linux host.
