So the first thing to do is search for the ProbeId on IBM's website.
The second thing to do is upgrade from MQ v5.3 CSD13 to a supported level of v6 - preferrably v6.0.2.3. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |

If you Google the above there are a number of hits. As you have not supplied additional information, e.g. circumstances, WMQ version, Broker version (assumed from qmgr name) etc., one of them may provide the answer. _________________ It's puzzling, I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like this before...and it's hard to soar like an eagle when you're surrounded by turkeys. |

MQ v5.3 is out of support.
Even if you find out the source of this error - if it's not fixed in CSD 14 of v5.3, then you won't get a fix at all.
It might be fixed in V6. And if it's not, then you can *get* it fixed. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |

Because you have a different problem than the one that was fixed in CSD11. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |

Possibly this problem originates on the client side. What code level(s) are the client(s) running? Is it/they Java/JMS clients? If in doubt install up-to-date code level on the client. |

The MQ version is at the top of every FDC.
ggulati2, in addition to what everyone already said (I would bet it is an old client because the amqrmppa channel process is throwing the error), note that the FDC is a Severity of 4, the least severe. This FDC is informational only. There is no serious problem on the Queue Manager side.
You are probably getting hit with this:
