Hi
Hope, anybody can help us or has any idea how to solve the following problem:
Config:
Win2003 Server
WMQ 5.3 CSD06
After rebooting the Win2003 Server, the IBM MQ Series Service starts without any problem. It is configured to start automatically. However, the Queuemanager does not start. The Q-Manager is "unavailable", the command server, listener and channel initiator are "stopped". They are all configured to start automatically.
There is no error in the MQSeries Q-Manager error log(s), no FDC available, no entry in the Event viewer (nor application, nor security or system view).
We do have a queuemanager running on other Win2003 machines where it works perfectly. We checked the whole setup of the machine (Service properties, MQSeries config, Security setup etc. etc.) and the configuration look the same.
When we set the trace on, restart the MQ Series Service (not the queuemanager) we get lots of following errors in the trace:

When we manually start the Queuemanager, it is running perfectly. However it looks like the MQ Series Service and the queue manager itself are not connected anymore. Because, when we do start or stop the MQ Series Service it has no influence on the status of the queuemanager.
Does anybody have a clue how to figure the problem out?
Any help is greatly appriciated!

How was the QMGR created?
Using MQSeires Explorer or through command line? I think you are mixing both of them. |

No, it was created through the explorer. We did nothing on command line ecxept refreshing autorisation.

Check out the additional patches for CSD06 on Windows. You'll need them.
I would just plain move to CSD07

Thanks for the help. Installing CSD07 helped. So we assume it was an installation problem on that machine.
