I have installed WBIMB V5 FP5 Toolkit only on an XP client. I have had a number of issues with the ToolKit hanging as soon as it starts up. The condition usually appear after the toolkit starts and the mouse is moved. If you look at the Task Manager processes, it shows as not responding.

Has anyone experienced these symptoms?

BTW, the Toolkit has operated at times, with no problems, but periodically, it runs into this scenario, where there is no getting out of it. Uninstalling and installing does not help. No errors in the Event Logs. Not sure how to debug this typoe of problem.

How much memory do u have?

WBIMB requires min 512MB but ideally 1 GB

Also what FIX pack are u on?
