I use Neon Rules & Formatters Ver. 1.1.0 to converst SAP-IDOC to relevant SQL which DB2 understand. This set up is perfectly working fine.
I would like to know, how same thing can be acheived by WBIMB. I mean which component in WBIMB (Similar to Neon Rules & Formatters) helps me to converst SAP-IDOC to relevant SQL which DB2 understandav

Have you considered reading the documentation for WBIMB?

EDIT:
To be more specific, even though your question doesn't inspire me to be helpful, it's WBIMB itself that lets you do this. It's not a component of the product, it's simply the product.

It's like asking "Which component of MQSeries allows me to connect two applications together, across the network?"

As an alternative you might want to look into SAP's JCO and .NET connectors

It allows output in xml format.

We use the SAP JCO for low volume communications from and to SAP.

Enjoy

SAP Adaptor polling message is put in the queue as a XML .By using WBI MB mapping node we can put the record into db2. But you have to change the date format .
