We have development and production installations of MQ Series v5.2 on 2 different boxes. I have been sucessfully sending messages from Java to the development box with the IBM APIs for several months. I tried sending a messge that worked on the development box to the production box but get the following error "MQJE001: Completion Code 2, Reason 2334". IBM doc says to "Modify the application that generated the message to ensure that it places a valid MQRFH structure in the message data." Not very helpful since it works on the development box.

Any ideas as to why? Our MQ support team is out of answers.

Sgaidos,

Did you ever find a solution to this problem? We are in the exact same situation as you were, the Java program works on the development box but breaks on the production box and gave the exact same error. We are also using MQSeries 5.2. Any help would be much appreicated. Thanks!
