when removing csd9 package i get this error

## Executing preremove script.
ERROR: Failed to clean System V IPC Resources
Please ensure WebSphere MQ processes are not running
and run "/opt/mqm/bin/amqiclen -x" as a root user
before installing this ptf.
pkgrm: ERROR: preremove script did not complete successfully

Removal of <mqm-upd09> failed.


i then run
ps -aef | grep mqm, and nothing is running

so then i run

./amqiclen -m QMAIDMS -vix
Subpool(/var/mqm/qmgrs/QMAIDMS/@ipcc/shmem/shm.0) is still active

how do i shutdown this Subpool?
