Dear All,
please find a summary of the job below: -
Middleware Support specialist within the Middleware Support Team in IT Group Production. Ensuring Support is provided to a level that maintains services provided by Middleware applications to the various Applications.
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide MQ Series Production Application Support for the Middleware Applications, which connect to a range of Production systems. The Middleware 3rd Party Applications are currently SWIFT, Neon Ebiz, CASmf, MQ Series, Asset Control, Activcard, and Redwood Scheduler.
Focus on application integrity and availability in line with Application SLA requirements & Provide open and effective communications to all interested parties.
