SUMMARY:
As a key member of Manpower’s Global Technology Services organization, you will assist in the design, implementation, monitoring and support of a worldwide messaging infrastructure integrating our enterprise applications together. This position will assist in the definition and implementation our Integration technical architecture, standards, and processes. The position will be responsible for the administration, support, and availability of our Java, WBI and WebsphereMQ infrastructure components.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
Recommend, install and customize WBI-related and MQ Series software products
Provide performance tuning and capacity planning functions for WBI and WebsphereMQ
Provide overall technical guidance for use of WBI and WebsphereMQ
Design and develop efficient operational and security procedures and standards for the WBI and WebsphereMQ environment
Provide system administration support to the complete integration environment, including 24 x 7 on-call support
Coordinate and orchestrate monitoring, auditing and support with Application System Administrators, including PeopleSoft.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Significant, proven expertise with IBM's WebSphere Business Integrator (WBI) suite – specifically:
WebSphereMQ version 5.1
WenSphere MQIntegrator version 2.1
MQWorkflow version 3.4
Experience in large, complex environments, including Windows 2000 Server and AIX operating systems, as well as Oracle and DB2 databases.
Good written and oral communication skills
Strong analytic background, with the proven ability to troubleshoot transactional systems end-to-end across varied environments.
Ability to respond quickly to changes in priorities
Experience with a global company and the associated demands of a 24X7 operation is desired
IBM certification in WebSphereMQ and MQIntegrator administration is a major plus
Experience supporting PeopleSoft Integration Broker is a plus
