Can anyone tell me what is the largest tech conference for Middleware or Mqseries or even Java? Something similar to Microsoft's Tech Ed conference if possible.

The WebSphere Technical conference might be what you are looking for.

There used to be an IBM "transaction and messaging congress" each year - focussing on CICS and MQ.
