I got an issue to choose the web server:

Here it is,

What are the pros and cons to use Microsoft IIS instead of HTTP Server or other web servers(that use java techonlogy) in Work flow setup scenario in terms of robustness, difficulties with plug-ins and maintanance

anybody has any advice?

If security is somewhat or more important to you, do not use IIS.
