If anyone is having incompatibility problems between WMQ 53 for Windows and McAfee Privacy Service this might help

What was happening when Privacy Service 7 was running was that I could not start any Listeners due to a TCPIP error.

This was due to McAfee's Layered Service Provider and the only way to get WMQ channels up and running was to uninstall the Privacy Service.

However McAfee supplied a solution which indeed works meaning some of Privacy Service can be running but not their LSP. If this should ever happen to you, put this command in a .BAT file and run it at start-up and both products cohabit OK.

c:\windows\system32\regsvr32 /u mclsp.dll

I'm tempted to drag out my story about when McAfee hosed up my mailserver, by virus checking it's private message stores.
