Hopefully you've figured this out by now.

You have to SELECT (by clicking on) the project in left hand listing that has the flows and sets you want to add, then the sub items will appear on the right.

Also, make sure that the projects were created as Message Flow Projects, and that all the flows in them have no compile errors.

Click on Detail and make sure your flows dont have errors.
