Those properties won't affect what Queue the message gets PUT to, merely what queue is set as the REPLYTOQ and REPLYTOQMGR on the MQMD on the output message.
You can not use the MQOutput node to create your message as a request message AND have it preserve the Message ID you want. When you set the Request Checkbox, it WILL change the Message ID to a new one.
Therefore, if you WANT to use the SAME Message ID, then you HAVE to code the identification of the message as a REQUEST message yourself - this includes setting the ReplyToQ and ReplyToQmgr.
