Dear all,
Thank you very much for your timely help with the questions I posted in this excellent site.
Flow Manager Tool in ICS is not getting connected to the ICS Server.
The message says "Connecting to the Server", but it never get connected to the server.
If anybody has any ideas where to correct, I greatly appreciate.
Thank you! _________________ voyager |

All,
I have a question regarding the maximum connections accepted by ORB_PORT that will be running with ICS Server.
Is there any such restriction on the number of connections that are accepted other processes to ORB port.
It would be helpful, if anybody could let me know!
Thank you in advance! _________________ voyager |

From the ICS doc:
Quote: |
If you notice a tool taking a long time to connect to the server, it may be because you have too many users logged into the server. If this happens your administrator can log off idle users and then try again to connect the tool. Or you could have your users logoff and close the tools when they are no longer using them. |

All,
I am still not able to connect to the ICS Server on the production server with Flow Manager tool.
We are using IBM java Object Request Broker.
I have put the ORB Trace on the ICS Server, but still could not get much information except
java.net.ConnectException Connection refused. It looks like ICS Server is throwing this
Exception refusing the connection.
Is there any way to re-submit the failed flows automatically other than using Flow Manager Tool.
I am running two JDBC Connectors to read from the SQL Server and write to AS/400 DB2 database.
When a record on DB2 gets locked, resulting into a failed flow. So, I am looking for a way to
re-submit the failed flows automatically.
Any ideas greatly appreciated. _________________ voyager |

I have already opened a PMR with IBM last week. They are unable to figure out the problem.
We are still working on the same issue.
