There is to be a support pac IE01 that is to become available to deal with https in V5 and works in the following way is my understanding. It uses Apache Tomcat or WAS as a container that implements a Java Proxy Servlet. There is a config file that is used to config these Web Containers to support HTTPS (SSL) and enable Web Services requests to arrive to the message flows in WBIMB over a secure communications protocol. There was talk of it being made available at the end of Feb or March can't remember which. The servlet container has to run on the same server as WBIMB and in effect handles the incoming https request from a ssl point of view and then forwards it onto the already available http input node. As this is not officially out yet of course this may all change but in principlpe i think this is correct.
