Strange. I used fmczutil to drop the runtime db. When I select "c" to create, I get :
Code:
FMC33002E Incorrect argument specified.
Usage: /usr/lpp/fmc/bin/fmczrdb -o=cd|cl|dd|ct|ctr|dt|b|i|p|f [-option [argument] ... ]

-o: Function: cd  - Create database
                           cl  - Create layout file
                           ct  - Create tablespace
                           ctr - Create tablespace (rawDevice)
                           dd  - Delete database
                           dt  - Drop tablespace
                           b   - Bind
                           i   - Install
                           p   - Bootstrap
                           f   - Load FDL

          The following options are valid:

             -c:  Location of database containers
             -d:  Database name
             -e:  DB2 instance name
             -f:  Location of database log
             -g:  System group name
             -l:  Path/drive of database
             -m:  Table space management:
                     s - managed by system
                     d - managed by database
             -p:  Password
             -q:  Queue manager name
             -r:  Database layout file
             -s:  System name
             -u:  User ID
             -x:  Queue prefix
             -y:  Configuration identifier

          Sample:
             /usr/lpp/fmc/bin/fmczrdb -o=cd
             /usr/lpp/fmc/bin/fmczrdb -o=cd -d=FMDB -l=F
             /usr/lpp/fmc/bin/fmczrdb -o=dd
             fmczrdb -o=cl -c=/fmcdbs/FMCDB -r=layout.ini
-  FMC33920E Error occurred. See /var/fmc/cfgs/CRIS/log/@fmczrt.log.fmc for more information.

I want to create the runtime db on a remote instance. Fmczrtdb does not appear to have options for a remote database. Any clues?
