1)Does any one know How many max no of MQ Cilent's can connect to MQ Server of single queue manager?

2)If 100 or more MQ Cilent's are connecting to MQ Server, what is the configuration for a queue manager of MQ Server

Look up the MaxActiveChannels and MaxChannels attributes for the ~qmgrs/MQMGR/qm.ini file in the WMQ Systems Administration Guide. Or you can search this site for the same.

There is no maximum value imposed. I have seen it set to more than 10000 with no ill effects.
