What major and FixPack level of broker are you running?

Has this execution group worked previously? Has the broker worked previously? Is this a new install?

Can you reach the broker database normally?

Is the broker queue manager working properly? Does the broker have the necessary permmisions?

Did something change on your system?

the level of Fix pack is 3. Yes the Execution group and Broker worked previously for me. the broker queue manager is running fine and broker has necessary permissions.

Thanks
