Hi All,
I have situation here that needs your assistance. I am trying to export a message set but it is responding with the error BIP8180 which is, The message repository database DBNAME has not been initialized correctly.

To resolve this he suggested to delete the config mgr with -n -m options and I did it and tried again but still getting the same error. What could be the reason? Any kind of input is appreciated.

If the id you're using to export the messageset is not the service id of the configmgr, then look at the following posts:
