I have a message with MQMD header as shown below-
The PutTime is - 20204955

What does this 4955 signify, is it milliseconds ?
Does this signify the time as 8:20:49 PM ?

yes I could have referred the App programming ref mannual, but was not haing enough time to go through it. Touching the MQ after a long time.
