Hi,
I am already on CSD4, do I need to update my toolkit now?
Is there any difference between upgrading the CSD Level and upgrading the Toolkit using Update Manager?
I am planning to install ClearCase Plugin for my Toolkit, but in one of my previous posts,

Check for toolkit updates using the Update Manager. You have to upgrade your toolkit using the Update Manager even if you have installed csd4.
I do not know about the clearcase plugin |
