Hi all,
I have a WINDOWS XP machine where workflow is configured (server runtime client and buldtime with the configuration id as FMC and have FMCGRP, FMCSYS, FMC, FMCQM as the group ,system, queue prefix and queue names recpectively).
I have also windows 2003 server with the same configuration of work flow as the above WINDOWS XP (server runtime client and buldtime with the configuration id as FMC and have FMCGRP, FMCSYS, FMC, FMCQM as the group ,system, queue prefix and queue names recpectively).
I have configured a client FMC1 (with FMCGRP, FMCSYS, FMC, FMCQM1 as the group ,system, queue prefix and queue names recpectively)from WINDOWS XP to connect WINDOWS 2003 (WORKFLOW SERVER) The problem is i have to use java API'S to create and start process ,workitems (with out using any runtime client and web client). What all changes i have to do to complete this task to the java programs. |

Hi,
1) Make sure you have copied the mqwfchl.tab file from the server
machine to your client machine. The Qmgr of client should be part of
same cluster as WF Qmgr.
2) Verify the connectivity of client machine with server machine.
3) Make sure that server QMgr and MQ WF service are running.
4) In Java program, set the locator for Agent as Agent.LOC_LOCATOR
i.e. agent.setLocator(Agent.LOC_LOCATOR); |

You dont have to copy the channel table file you are using a CLient with QM.
Need to copy the channel table file only if you are using MQ Client Connections. _________________ -Ratan |
