It sounds like that you're not linking with the MQ libraries. |

Hi tomaheshv,
First off, did you read the Fujitsu COBOL manuals?? They are freely available from their web site.
Secondly, why don't you use the IDE?? It is far easier to compile / link COBOL programs than issue commands from the Command Prompt - especially for new users.
Third, Brandon put 2 of my COBOL samples (MQServer & MQCLient) in the COBOL code repository at mqseries.net - why haven't done any investigation?? Both downloads have the setup for BOTH IDE and makefile (command line).
Fourth, if you typed Fujitsu cobol MQ into Google, the first listed site is mine with those 2 COBOL code samples.
Fifth, I have used Fujitsu COBOL compiler & linker with MQ v5.1, v5.2 & v5.3 without any problem. On Windows, I have built both GUI & non-GUI COBOL programs.
tomaheshv, please do some simple searches before posting a really basic question.
Note: I am not a COBOL program, I only do it for contracts when the client does not want C or JAVA applications.
Regards,
