Hello,
I have recently installed WBIMB 5.0 on WINDOWS 2000 system.Whenever i try to open Messages Brokers Toolkit for Websphere Studio,an error message is displayed "The License cannot be found or has expired. The features that do not have the valid license will be disabled."
Inspite of this error message ,the toolkit opens. But i suspect this will definitely cause some problems while using Message Brokers Toolkit. Can anyone please help me out to get rid of this licensing issue??
Thanks in advance. _________________ Pam

try running "mqsisetcapacity -c 1" from the command prompt.
Confirm that you have a LI_en (or LI_xx for your language region) file in <wbimb install>/eclipse/licenses _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |

Thanks a lot for your suggestion jefflowrey.Even after completing the tasks you have mentioned, the problem persists.Anything else to be done for this ? like installing some fix pack or something similar??
Without this being solved,i will not be able to set any properties for MQINPUT node and few of other nodes as well. _________________ Pam

There is a separate Message Brokers Toolkit license and it looks like it did not get enrolled properly for some reason. The troubleshooting section of the install.html documents the command you need to run to enroll the license:
Quote: |
Use one of the following commands to do this. You must also ensure your system date is correct.
* Either run this command in the 'config' product directory:
enroll.exe -debug .\product.lic
*Or, specify a full path to the license file, for example:
enroll.exe -debug "C:\Program Files\IBM\Websphere Business Integration Message Brokers\config\product.lic" |
If the product.lic file is not in the config directory, you can copy it there from the 'tooling' sub-directory on the original install media. (This files is not provided with Fix Packs so you will need the original CD or downloaded install image.)
Hope that helps.
