Hi
How are the Message repository tables created in WMQI 5.0 ?
There is no option on the mqsicreateconfigmgr command to create the
message repository.

I tried using the old version of the command with options for the MRM database.The create config manager worked but the MRM tables were not created.

This is not a migration from an older version so i cannot use the mqsimigratetables command.

There is no information in the manuals for wmqi 5.0 relating to creation of the message repository.

In WBI Message Broker V5, there are several major changes to the tooling, one of which is that there is no longer an 'application development' repository owned by the config manager. You had better read the help, as the whole AD experience has changed from V2.1 to V5.0 (for the better

The MQSIMRDB (message repository) as you know it, no longer exists.

From the Migration to WebSphere Business Integration Message Broker V5 manual:

15.2.1 Repository
All the message resources are stored in files within the workspace repository. This is a change from WebSphere MQ Integrator V2.1 where all messages were stored in a database.
