Hi MQ Experts,

Is there any way I can find out which user changed the message flow?

Any idea or help would be appreciated.

Regards,

In V 5.0 we can integrate with Source Control.

Ask all the developers working on the project and authorised to access the msg flow which one of them changed it.

WBI MB V5 doesn't have in built version control but the eclipse tooling allows version control to be integrated into MB. There is a support pack with best practices for no version control, CVS and Clearcase.

WMQI V2.1 doesn't provide any integrated version control and so this has to be maintianed by importing and exporting flows and sets and using your normal version control methods on these files.

As for trying to find out who made changes I would refer you to Nigelg's response as that is the only way I'm afraid.

You can use the CMSGFLOW and CLOG tables to find out the user id who has accessed / modified the flow

Hmmmm. On my system, CLOG is empty and CMSGFLOW has nothing to identify a User.

Cheers,

He is talking about DB tables in Config MGr DB.
I believe you can get a message on the queue everytime when someone check-in/check-out a message flow by subscribing to Broker's internal topics. See if this helps. I am guessing that published message will have some info about the user-id.
