Experience: At least 6 years of experience in the software industry with at least 1 - 2 years in IBM Interchange server (formerly known as CrossWorlds).

Mandatory:
- Should have hands on development experience in IBM Interchange Server (ICS)
- Should be familiar with ICS administration and deployment
- Should have designed interfaces independently
- Should have supported applications in production
- Should have excellent verbal and written skills
- Familiar with Unix shell scripts

Desirable:
- Hands on experience in WebSphere MQ
- Provide architectural and design best practices
- Knowledge of SAP
