Could some one help me find some documentation or instructions on importing the COBOL Copy book and mapping the fields.

Please state what release you are running on !!

If V5 then there is a help topic that has a table showing how COBOL data items map to MRM CWF properties.

If V2.1 then I am pretty sure that the same table is in the Working with Messages book.
