Hello
I have a jboss application on Tandem/Nonstop server.
Jboss is running in oss environment,
I can connect to MQSeries queues if I run application as MQM.MANAGER.
But that user aint allowed to run or runs with too high priority then something fails like sockets and such things.
When I run as MQM.JBOSS then the server and sockets and etc runs ok, but I cant connect to MQ Series it says
"javax.jms.JMSSecurityException: MQJMS2013: invalid security authentication supplied for MQQueueManager"
On windows/unix its enuf to belong to MQM group, as you see MQM.JBOSS belongs to that group, but it wotn work on nonstop environment
Anyone can help?
(Setting MQEnvironment dont seem to help nor giving java a username and password when connecting in java to the queue)
Giving username with JMSAdmin dotn seem to be possible either
Regards Jim |

Have you tried setting the permissions for the user you want to run with, using setmqaut ?? |

Most Tandem systems are securized by 'SafeGuard' component. Ask about the sysadmins.
