I have been able to run some sample code on MQseries 5.3 with dotnetpack but when i try to run the same code on MQseries 5.2 machine i have not been able to do so. I have been getting Mqseries exception 2277 and when i check my event viewer it says MQCD structure is not valid(value of version field 7 is not valid).

Did anybody sucessfully run C#(.NET) on MQseries 5.2 version. Any comments would be of great help. I am thinking .net classes dont work on 5.2 version.

.NET support was added in MQ 5.3 (CSD5). So the client machine needs to have the same (or higher) version of MQ installed.

Thanks a lot for your reply. Saved me from wasting more time on trying to get the 5.2 client to work with C# program.
