Hi

When we install the MQ in any solaris server, where exactly would all the binaries be stored. I know that it would be stored in the following two folders.
--> /var/mqm
--> /opt/mqm

Are there any other folders where the binaries be stored.

We are having MQ installed in one of our Solaris server. We would like to install another instance of MQ in the same server by choosing a different MQ installable folder. This would'nt become possible if there are any shared system folders where the MQ binaries are also installed.

Can anyone confirm??

You can not install two versions of MQSeries on the same Server and have them running at the same time.

You can create multiple MQManagers.
