Hi all,
Iam using Mirror queue API Support pack , I can copy the messages without having any problems in the mirror queues. But my question is when ever i change the namelist( adding new queues to mirror). i need to stop/start the queue manager. is there any way to refresh the namelist.
Thanks in advance.

Sha,
I don't think you should have to bounce the queue manager. Each process reads the namelists when they start so you should only have to stop/start active applications that you need to do mirroring. Having said that, if your queues are mirrored by remote puts or across clustered queues, then the channel agents would have to be recycled which may require the qmgr bounce.

Thanks Charlie,
I figured out solution.I can able to mirror messages from local queues only problem is i can't able to mirror mesages coming from remote systems. after I changed the namelist its still mirroring the remote messages to old mirror queues.
My trick is like this i changed the namelist with new mirror queue and stop/start the sender channel on the remote system then the new mirror queue affected. |

That makes sense, since the MCA is really just another MQ application.
