Is there any way to export the Message flows and Message Sets
created in my ToolKit in to ANOTHER????

Can BAR File be Exported to another System??

A BAR file is for deployment only, it's of no use to the tooling.

You can export/import a project, or you can simply copy the project directory via the underlying filesystem. Select properties of a project and you will see it's path in the filesystem.

r u asking tht, can U export/import msg flows & msg Sets (code) and Bar file (complied version) into another system....

answer is YES, Just select the Project or bar file, from the FILE menu using Export/Import utilites,
