i have a queue which is local to Qmgr_B but it is a cluster queue.i have designed a message flow in which this queue is output queue.
is it possible for an application to get message from this queue when the QMGR_B is down.
can we define two cluster queues with same name and include the name of the queue in the output node of the message flow so that message goes to the one of the queues based on workload balance.

Thanks

No, not on the same queue manager.

so i can have queue named Q1 which is local to QMGR_A and cluster queue and also another queue with samename Q1 which is local to QMGR_B and also a cluster queue. so when i specify the name Q1 as output queue in the output node of the message flow and deploy it on to two brokers the message would go to Q1 which may be local to QMGR_A or QMGR_B based on workload balance.

As long as the message flow doing the MQPUTing is not running on QMGR_A or QMGR_B itself.
