Over the last two weeks I've been working to set up SSL SVRCONN channels and have suceeded (THANKS to all the helpful postings on this site!!) on queue managers running on HP-UX and Solaris servers. Now I'm trying to set up an AIX queue manager, but I'm unable to create/use a key repository using gsk6ikm. When I try to open the key database, the only choices for database type are JKS, JCEKS, PKCS12. How can I get it to work with CMS file?

I've searched here and haven't come across anything that seems to address this problem. Any hints or help will be appreciated.

Thanks for the pointer. It looks like several things are missing from the server; I'm working with the system admin to get it all together.

When you get done installing those filesets remember to set JAVA_HOME=/usr/mqm/ssl/jre.

If you don't you'll have the same problem.

I encountered this issues just over a year ago and after I installed the filesets I needed I still got the EEEEEEVul "Java Native Library was not correctly loaded. You can work with a pure Java based Key Database but not a CMS key database" error whenever I attempted to load the IBM Certificate Managment Tool. If memory serves I posted my problem here and setting JAVA_HOME was the fix.
