I am having to join multiple Queues across different domains/sites/forests to a clustered queue. When attempting the join, I keep getting an "Access not authorized. You are not authorized to perform this operation. (AMQ4036)" when the remote queue attempts to join the cluster. Part of this is due to the limitation of the short account names still being 12 characters even in MQ 5.3 CSD07 (apparently, windows is still ignoring the long names). Creating an account name 12 characters or less and putting it into the mqm group can be done but, I am looking for the absolute minimum permission requirements needed to create the accounts necessary to allow these remote queues to join the cluster and operate. Can anybody provide any help on this? I've tried looking in the manuals but they do not explicitely identify the windows permissions needed to do this. Thanks.
