Hi,
I have a problem installing WBIMB v5.0 on Windows XP Pro with SP2. Mqsilaunchpad says the operating system is at incorrect level. I guess the SP 2 doesn't meet the software requirements of the installation. Please guide me to overcome this problem. Your suggestions would be very much appreciated.
Try right clicking on the setup.exe or whatever you are running, and choose Properties. Click on the Compatability tab, and change the compatability level to Windows 2000 or so.
That might fix the problem.
FixPack 4 does run on XP SP2. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general.
