Is there any formula to calculate kernel parameters for given number of q-mgrs on HP-UX?

From the HPUX Quick Beginings Manual:

Is it as simple as assumming the numbers they recomend on the next page as for 1 QM, and if you are going to have 2 QMs, just double them?
