Hi all.
I have a MQMON config for several (>10) qmgrs. When moving msgs from a DLQ to a local q the DLH is not stripped. When configuring an MQMON straight of the MO71 for the sameg qmgr/DLQ then stripping works as usual.
Can't recall having switched off stripping, because I don't know where this option is hidden?!?!
Any clues, tips, hints, ANYTHING ???
Regards,

You do not specify the OS or Version ...
Easier question ... why not use runmqdlq ?
It allows a lot of options like retry or forward with/without dlq hdr..
Enjoy |

- right click in Message List window
- switch on 'Strip Headers'

In reply to fjb_saper:
a) There is just the Windows GUI.
b) We don't use runmqdlq because we maintain a test environment and not all Dead Letters need to be processed when in the DLQ.
In reply to Tibor:
I found where to select the Strip Headers, thanks!
For whatever reason someone switched it off just before the common configuration file was set readonly... _________________ With kind regards,
